To cancel your membership, please contact us at least 30 days before the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel within this period, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
Cancellations for meeting rooms or event spaces must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking fee.
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
